Washed my car this morning at 9am went for a ride at 630 pm tonight got home and heard this boiling noise from #7

Number 7? Like the cylinder?

You are probably hearing coolant boiling/air bubbles returning to the Degas Bottle. Which means you have a leak somewhere in the system.

Yes cylinder 7 I moved the coil while it was happening and it got louder but I drove it today and didn't hear anything..
