My stock 94 is overheating and I can't figure it out. She only does it on the freeway with the a/c on? Other than that she is fine. When gets hot sshe gets up to the n in normal turn the ac off and she goes rigut back to the middle.

1) Low coolant, but for sure you have checked that
2) Air in the system. I'll bet you have checked that too. If not, try bleeding it.
3) Water pump weak?
4) Clogged radiator. I could see that causing what you describe. I'm thinking I may have that issue with mine.
5) The dreaded head gasket breach. Probably unlikely but easy enough to check with Block Test.

Have you washed out the fins of the radiator and AC condenser? What thermostat are you running? All air dams in place?
