Found even cheaper place for the bumper itself for $360ish shipped.

And it comes primed.

So just buy the fogs and brackets along with this and you're good to go

The top picture is from the front (outside); the bottom picture from the rear (inside).

It is a true LSE bumper - just redone - they list as brand new so its not like you are getting a beat up bumper, it is just like buying straight from the factory. And like that guy said it is a front and behind photo.

I think this is a good buy if you have the funds to get this + paint.
