OK, When I first start my car after is has been sitting over night It has always surged a little at idle. But, When I leave the house right after starting it and give it a about 1/3 throttle. It spits and spuders. If I accelerate lightly it is fine . Then not even a mile down the road all symptoms are gone. Except the surging idle but I think that is another issue. unrelated. It surged before the lates issue. It has done this weather it is 20d or 60d

Almost sounds like the TPS and or IAC. I would change both while the cowl and TB are off. Also make sure the MAF is cleaned with MAF cleaner. Might also need some new plugs (764's) copper.

put a new IAC valve on it...which should address your surging idle...
Unless you have a vacuum leak that seals up once the engine warms..

A leak between the upper and lower could possibly leak when cold, then not leak once the manifold warms up.

IAC valve first, put a new one on there, dont put a used one in..it's not gonna be worth the time and effort for an "unknown" IAC valve.

If the problem is worth fixing, fix it... dont screw around trying used parts.

P.S. let your car warm up abit before going 1/3 throttle...duh

whoda thunk I'd kick you in the nutz on the inTARweb huh.

Charles, can you run a datalog during cold start..and get the car to "do it"?
