Well I haven't been here in a few months, well at least posted. I still lurk threads though. I had to sell my mark viii and the engine I started building due to needing money for the holidays. I got cut from 60 hours a week down to 5 working at autozone and money is tight.

I start my new job as a Massachusetts state inspector (for vehicles) on the 1st of january and the pay is far better than autozone.

My shop is still going slow, we picked up quite a bit of business but still slow to what it should be.

Anyway I am going to be looking into finding myself a black on black 97-98 LSC and I am going to be looking for another cobra engine to start building as soon as I get the car.

Hope everyone had a great holiday and has a happy new year!! Oh btw anyone who isn't 21 yet who has read this, your 21st birthday is going to be the best you've ever had, I turned 21 saturday and let me tell you, I don't remember it but I saw pictures, I know I had a good time!

Good deal at least you found a job.
Too many friends of mine are still out looking.

I just picked up a blk/blk 2nd gen...love the car.

Yeah I always loved the idea of black on black, and I want a Gen2 just because of the body style.

Ya the gen1 was cool but I grew more to the looks of the gen2. I just hate how I have to pass emissions with a gen2.

There is no difference between the gen1 and gen2 transmission as far as bolting up goes right? I have a spare gen1 trans that I want to start building because it is just sitting here doing nothing.

I really like me a Gen1 but I too prefer the second gens. I like the nose, the tail and the interior so much more.

There was a black/black LSC in Massachusetts posted a few weeks back on CL (I posted it here), I think it went to Ebay.

Ya I won't be purchasing until middle of march at the earliest. In the mean time I think I might start ordering random things that I am going to want to do to it right away.

There is a circle jerk going on? And I am not participating?! WTF is wrong with me!!?!?

There are 8 of us in here so there are several in the middle.
Besides its a circle jerk, not a circle screw. I have a sign back there anyway. It says "Caution, Severe Tire Dammage" :D

lol :shifty: next.....

you made it clear that it was a circle jerk. Take the knee pads off Laser, it'll be ok.

No, you are wanting teh ghey sexors. A circle jerk is totally different. Its even in teh name. What you want is a train and really we just dont allow that level of gheyness in here.
