Have you ever used a G-tech pro ss?

I am the high bidder on one and I am just wondering how accurate these things are.

they are EXTREMELY accurate run to run,the numbers may not be able to be used to compare to a dragstrip run,
but if you use it to test your car on the same section of road in relatively same weather, you can use this to see if mods are helping or hurting,

i used to have one and my 0-60 times were 6.7-6.8 every single time i used it, my quarter mile times were 14.8-14.9 constantly,,i sold mine for cash and have been itching to get another when i can.

Car and driver tested the RR a few years back and recommended it:

I have used a G-Tech Pro (Competition) which is now the RR model - and it is VERY accurate. I have tuned mine several times - and it is now almost bang on.

I use a SCT LiveWire as well - but since it read 0-60 from the actual speedo - it is no nearly as accurate do to wheel spin.

The thing with the G-Tech - make sure the racing surface is level.
