JVIP, got paid for lse skirts I believe, apparently changed his mind on selling and made up a story to not sell and keep the parts.

Wrong it was a rear valance that marcredd couldn't afford to ship prior to me leaving for cali.had almost 2 weeks before I left.....while there realized that I wouldn't be able to ship it as I was staying in cali a lot longer so I refunded him his money less then 1hr after letting him know I wouldn't have a dead set time I would be able to get back ship...that's my "made up story"

Then it goes on from there with his little bum buddy soopa and trying to be slick....that's the jist.

Well put Alax... Dead on +1 on your summary(kid even sent me a pm the day after my post with a pic of the rear lower valance painted installed on his car and and a few "kind" parting shots. Amazing how he got that all done from California in 2 days. Lmao. Notice he has not been active since then??? Hmmm....not really

hell lets mention my dik headness when after I texted you the guy changed his mind and wanted three for it, you said it wasn't worth that, I ate $100 on it so I could get the valance, sides and spoiler because without it as a packages he would have sold it. Plain and simple, you got cold feet after putting the side skirts on and knew you had to have the rear to complete the look. You simply did not know a way to say that you really wanted to keep them without making up some story that seemed plausible in your head. Honestly, I could have accepted the truth and the refund even though I still would have been disappointed. We all should have known that once you posted the pics of the side skirts that the car looked completely incomplete without the lower rear valance. Others mentioned it after you posted as well.

But if nothing else, I hope you have learned not to place something online that you truly may not want to sell or set guidelines up front regarding the purchase and delivery/shipping expectations.

Have at whatever words you need to say from here on. I have other business to conduct with the LVC membership who wants to do business and do so in a forthright manner from beginning to end.

I got zero cold feet on it, as a matter of fact I re-call I texted back and fourth with you on your opinion about a rear and your input help me decide to go with the Wings west. Your right it is what it is, however your the only one that brought it up again.

I never accused you of lying not one bit, actually I have agree with everything you have said about how it transpired other then the fact that you have said and think I did this deliberate as I was trying to sell it to another member. You've accused me of wanting to keeping it for myself and trying to sell it to another member all in the same time frame.

I have no hard feelings what so ever, I'm just simple stating the fact is I didn't try to screw you, if I would of, I would have had you send me the shipping money then took my merry time refunding it. After a almost 2 weeks of it siting in my house I left for cali,which he knew I was doing and we agreed to let it stay in my garage till i got back so he did not have to ship it fed ex or UPS at a higher rate then greyhound. while there an offer was made an to re locate. Since I did not know when I would get back to pack up and meet the shippers it made sense to refund his money and not have his money in limbo without a date set in stone. I made it clear i did not feel comfortable holding his money without a date and that's why I refunded it.

2.who offered it to another member shortly after the refund?

Since the offer was made by some one at the time i did not recall had my number and the outlandish price that was offered I put two and two together and played their game. How else would anyone have known that i refunded the money and still had it, since it was never posted and the only one who knew was merced. Then a few hours later, while its not posted any were a text comes out of the blue, Kinda obvious right.

3.who installed it on there car even though they're "getting a WW kit"

I did, since I have the valance and after merced posted that thread what else and I going to do with it? trash it? and I never said the WW kit, i planned on the front lip and rear valance from WW since the mach 1 doesn't really look right with the sides and I needed a rear...So instead of throwing it in the dumpster, i hate it installed and will do the WW lip


So when this has anything to do with you personally let me know...I don't think I have disrespected anyone on here, other then rollin at one point in which I apologist to him. J, it is not about what can and cannot be afforded. Who would not rather pay $70 for shipping vs $233? I paid $200 for the item and wanted to find a more effective way of shipping vs paying basically double. Your story does not wash and again, you agreed the day before to send it via Greyhound (which again was just the day before of your so 4:30am conference call).

Let us be real, you were hoping I would back out due to the shipping cost and were screwed once I found a better way to go. That is when you went into damage control / story mode.

So I asked you via pm to text me so that I could offer to ship the rear valance to you at my cost for shipping (like i told you I would on the phone in the first place) and if you wanted it I wouldn't have asked you to pay the original price until you got it in hand, hence the title peace offering. It was my way of trying to make this right.

and I have no problem calling the outlet and seeing if it has left yet and doing so...again this is me trying to offer you this and making things right, not admitting I did anything wrong, but trying to bring some peace to this situation...

I'm against the notion that anything that has ever been touched on in any fashion needs to be a sticky. "I just had good dealings with X" is no different than "I just did x to my car". If people read the forum with any regularity they will see the post. If they don't, they would be foolish to be looking to trade with anybody here anyway.
