Getting Tired of the BS!!! What would you do?

As long as they aren't selling the picture and making profit off the picture itself they are not doing anything wrong at all!

I found out Extreme Deminsions has been giving all of there dealers the pictures.

Now that could be a problem, if you made 0$ off of the picture with Extreme Dimensions then they have no right selling it ( if that is what they did rather than just say ok ) and could have helped you with a case.


It don't mater if they are using it to sell a item or not, the fact is they are not claiming the pic nor are they selling it.
Flat out people can do what ever they want to with it if it is displayed on the internet. The internet is not a private place.

Extreme Deminsions and I spoke this evening. We reach a settlement for use of the pictures. In the agreement, I will recieve merchandise(no money). In turn, I will provide them with BETTER pictures. I hate the pictures they are using. They actually are excited over the fact that they will be getting better pictures of the body-kit and car.

Now that I think is the best most positive resolve to this period. If you cant beat them join them !
