Gen1 back glass same as Gen2???

Only difference is Gen 2 has an integrated antenna. Won't have any effect on physical installation.
 
+1 the only difference is in the antenna leads if you want to do away with the electric antenna you need the box that shields the incoming signal for the radio and the leads from the box to the leads to the splitter running from the passenger side kick panel to the radio. JD

For the record..........I have a Gen2 glass in my 95.

Thanks for input. I think YOU know when you call a junkyard and say you have a 93 but will take a 97 they go whoa whoa it says 93 only. Like mentioned just want to make sure before I pay
 
try asking for a 96 motor, i get the response from the bone yards of its a 1 year only and sorry we dont have any 4.6 for 96... Lol
 
Ordered a 1997 back glass from boneyard for 49 bucks. How can they pull it and sell it for 49 dollars? But I am not complaining. LOL
