gen 2 door panel

i am removing all my interior panels and padding to do a full stereo install. kk already helped me with the stupid coat hanger hooks (thanks kk) i have them all removed now but the doors. can anyone tell me how to remove the panels? i dont want to pry on them and start breaking things . are the clips? slide on? push in clips? any screws or bolts? thanks in advance for any info

remove the light cover in the bottom corner, there is a phillips screw there. Remove the window switch panel and remove the 8mm bolt holding the panel on. next remove the mirror trim cover in the upper corner. You will also need to remove the door handle bezel. The you need to lift the door panel striaght up and it will come right off.

there is an 8 mm bolt under the arm rest, behind a little tiny cover that comes off about 1 inch square, then behind the courtesy light lense in the bottom corner is a long phillips screw, remove the screw and bolt and lift the panel up and out.

Jamie is better but also remove the door handle cover it pops out but bee careful.

Be very careful with that door handle cover. The clips WILL break if you are not gentle with it.
