The majority of the people on this site are here because they love this car, and this is a community for people that feel the same. Say it with me, ENTHUSIAST. Good job tardo. That's what we are. You obviously aren't so maybe you should fade into the dark and just sponge off the real enthusiasts when you need help your car and just not post here anymore. Also "most" of the people here are here to be part of a community. A community of people that have the same love for the same car. I've actually made a couple real life friends from this place.
The LS is a great drivers car with plenty of pickup (for most of us anyways) and handles extremely well. I don't think we consider ourselves special for buying a car that can cost as little as $5000. Anyone can do that. We just really really enjoy driving this car. I've had 7 other cars before this one and not one has given me the problems this car has. BUT, not one before the LS, made me so happy to drive them. I love driving this car and I think everyone else will agree. They love driving it and enjoy getting the looks from passing motorists. A corolla is a great car (so i hear) but it sure is hell isn't "fun" to drive.
So STFU ford fan if you don't like it. Try being positive for once you little weasel. The people asking about what tips or wheels to get aren't doing it cuz they are stupid. It's cuz they value the opinion of the other enthusiasts here. And the posts about thier cars breaking down (myself included) is to get help to fix it and to vent. Venting is something you do with friends. You talk about how crappy your day was and friends will just listen to it and relate similar stories. You probably don't know what that is like, venting to a friend. I mean I can't imagine you actually having friends seeing how miserable you are here.
And I'm going to defend Pektel becuase I know him personally. He is very responsible and knows quite a bit about the things he talks about. I'm willing to bet all my savings (all $67 of it ) that his LS is taken care of and modified 10 times better and more than yours, if you even have one. And if he was mad at other people for not being able to help him in his time of need, he was doing it out of frustration with himself for not having his jack with him so he could fix it himself. That goes back to the venting comment I made. Telling a story about a bad day. Oh and the dirtiest LS and other threads are for fun. I suspect you are a black hole for fun so I can see why you wouldn't get it.
