well taking off the cap didn't change the situation much at all... I am out of thoughts... I have no clue whats going on with my car and I am mentally exhausted and ready to be done dicking around with this :q:q:q:q.

It'll drive fine for a good 30 minutes then its back to the jerking pulsing and shutting down bullhsit

At this point might be worth the 90 bucks for the dealer to tell you what's wrong. Let them chase it a bit. Seems like you've done all you can. Hope you get it running soon.
