Front Fender Side Marker

Just curious, has anyone added BMW style side markers to their front fenders? I've always thought about doing this.

Only thing stopping me is not knowing how to wire it into the harness to the front signal. Would anyone know how to do this?

I want them to be connected to the turn signal... only to light and flash when you activate the turn signal.

Just run the wires from the light all the way to either the front or rear turn signal. Whichever is easier.

So, splice into the front signal and run it to the side front finders? This will allow both the front and the new side markers to blink as signals? I don't want to mess anything up and have warning messages in the dash displays.
