less then a year ago i found this seller on ebay called world suspension, i thought their prices were great, so i bought a front end rebuild kit for my 98, when i got the parts i knew they were crap, but i put them in anyway, well tough lesson learned because today i installed a whole new front end, all TRW this time, me out of all people should have known better but at the time money was tight. the upper ball joint boots were all cracked and trashed and the lower ball joints have been making noise for the past week like they were bone dry, well they were, and the boots were trashed on them too, like they never had grease in them from day one. what a joke! i replaced the upper and lower control arms, sway bar end links, strut rod bushings and also noticed my front pads were almost to the rivets, so i threw on some ceramic pads, this is my first set of ceramics and i dont know what took so long to try them because they stop the car on a dime, they are awesome. my 98 never did stop like all these other marks i drive, i knew something wasnt right. tomorrow she'll go on the alignment rack and get all squared away, she drives incredible now and i'm in love all over again lol. stay away from world suspension, their parts are garbage.

I saw those "cheaper prices" too. I feel sorry for those who know no better. In your case you did! Buh hey, practice makes perfect!

Oh, and next time we chat remind me to BID on those auctions! I totally forgot! LOL (front ABS sensors)
 
thanks 4 the heads up on those guys, i use moog, their always greaseable and warrantied, left and right lower ball joints, my car hit the ground like a rock when the left side went out. ceramic pads rock, I have a customer with a jag, hes my insurance guy, hes the only one who would spring the money for em, but man they stop hard. im going with em when its time. also what kind of wheels are those they look good, is the bolt pattern the same for 1st gen
 
Jamie I did the front rebuild on my Black car about 3 yrears ago (about 40,00 miles) and everything is as still in great shape. It should be as it was all TRW with Moog Strut road bushings., I allso rebuilt the brakes with Bendix rotors and Ceramix brake pads and they too are tip top shape. Quality of parts does matter.
 
so i need some new upper an lower ball joints....were the cheap ones you bought like 50 bucks for the lower and 64 for the upper? i found some for that price and i was kinda iffy on them....any heads up would help :D thanks
 
the moogs i get are from oreily and come in a blue box with moog in yellow they always have a zerk.
 
i saw those too... i think it was 209.00 for the uppers,lowers,inners,outers...

seemed too good to be true..so i figured it was... i DEFINITELY wont be ordering from them now.. thanx
