Ok so for some reason I have been attracted to the more odd-ball end of the Ford vehicle line-up.

I want to start a collection!

So far I have owned.
1984 Mustang SVO
1985 Mercury Capri 5.0 (it is an odd-ball car at least I think so)
1994 Lincoln Mark VIII.

I want my collection to consist of anything Ford that falls under this category.

Here is my list so far.

1997-97 Mark VIII
1996-99 SHO
1984-86 SVO
1985-86 Capri
Merkur XR4ti

Can you name any others?

Mercury Marauder!!!

1993 Cobra R (and / or any other Cobra R's)

I like to think my Mercury Cyclone Spoiler is pretty odd.

I have always always wanted to own a King Cobra Mustang II or whatever it is called.

That and the Mustang SVO are the two most odd mustangs ever made.

I honestly love that car, probably one of my favorite mustangs.

Mustangs 74-78 were MustangIIs. Notch backs and hatch/fast backs.

In 76 the CobraII came out and was available through 78. Hatch/fast back only.

King Cobras were 78 only. Also a hatch/fast back only.

I've had several and still have 4.

There was also Mach1s and Stallion models of various years.

They sold tons of them.

They were show and no go for sure.

The 74 MustangII didn't have a V-8 option only 4 and 6 cyl available, interesting fact. Became available again in 75 due to demand.

The Blue one above I had (still have but not drivin in years) a 351W in it.

The Red Cobra was a White with Blue stripes and Black interior to start ( I bought it Red) I built it up some a few years back and hope to drive it this up coming summer.

If you wanna find somethin rare..... an all wheel drive turbo tempo :shifty:

A first gen Ford EXP

Agreed maybe even rarer still a Mercury LN7, iv'e only seen one maybe once.

How about a Fox body Continental, there far and few these days. Mercury ASC McLaren Capri convertible comes to mind as well.

I like many of the European Ford models that haven't been sold here....
some of the Aussi muscle cars are pretty cool too.

Had the opportunity to by an ASC McLaren Convert Capri before I left for boot, was a heavy project guy only wanted 2500 though.

I turned it down and bought my beast of an 85 Capri RS.
