FOR SALE: Brown Floor Mats

mlara, now I see what you were referring to. The price was like $103 for a long time. Now all of a sudden, it's $183. Yes, that is too much money and it will either come down or another seller will emerge.

They are down to $109 now, + $14.50 shipping = $123.50. Dealer quoted me $130 for their set.

Hmmmm, this is interesting. Fordparts.com has a full set with star logo for $70:

But they have that blah, rectangular shape.

My wife got me a set of Weathertech floor mats for my truck for Christmas. They're rubber, but are very well made and if they have them for the LS they'll fit perfectly. Made in America, cost will be about 100 bucks for a four mat set, and they are supposed to have any mounting holes and whatnot like the factory mats. 10 year guarantee as well.

Last time I checked, weathertech doesn't make mats for the LS. I looked into them about a year ago. I really wish they did because they look fantastic

Hey, sorry for the hijack. Is there a better way to tell what color is right. My interior is tan but the carpet looks like its between the mocha and slate? I would assume the mocha would be ok but I don't want them to look stupid and be stuck with them. I have an 01 with tan/neutral interior.

I just bought these from the 'goboilers' seller on eBay and they look great!

I have the Gen II Camel interior color. I chose the Neutral 355 color for the mats and the edging color and no contrasting heelpad color.

It's a close enough match in color for me to be satisfied. The pic shows more contrast than my eyes perceive. I get compliments on them, especially the embroidered name. The rears are contoured to fit correctly as well. A huge improvement over the dark brown generic ones I had in there. Only thing that would have made this better is if it was made from berber carpeting. The carpet material is only slightly better than my generics. The heel pad is what will make these things last though.

The ordering process on eBay is a bit annoying. You essentially have to email the seller with your color choice, which I did. He sat on the order a bit and I had to email him a second time, then they were shipped out to me from the manufacturer. It's better, in my opinion, to order from eBay, because the process at any random internet site selling these is even worse. And the price is higher. So you save a buck or two and get more control over the order by using goboilers on eBay.
