Fog Light Bulb Help

You are right but I honestly still don't notice the difference nor have I ever gotten flashed.

I hate Silver stars. They look good for a short while, very good. But then they either yellow rather quick and lose intensity or something or they just blow out.

Honestly I could get e-bay bulbs for less than a quarter that price that do the same thing.

Wow, everywhere I go including Wal-Mart and K-Mart all have Silverstars.

I even seen them at truck Stops and regular gas stations.

yeah, but does that include the 9145 ST? That specific bulb was a pain to find.

Silverstars are great for headlights but like I have said before, they popped all the time in my fog lights, I had them replaced by Silverstar under warranty like 3 times and gave up.

I've only had mine for 4 days. No problems yet! :D hopefully, for once, something will go right for me with this car and the bulbs will last....

anyone know for sure that the 9005 will work with my fog lights?

Yep, I've been using Silverstar 9005's in my fogs for the cars entire 35K life with no issues. I am a bit of a fanatic about only running two lights in traffic (ie one pair). When a car or truck (or bike for that matter) is approaching me with distractingly brighter than normal lights and has more than two on (meaning their fogs/driving lights), I turn on my 9005 silverstar fogs. I often get a high beam flash when I do that. I didn't flash them, I simply turned on the same lights they have on and they don't like it. Waaaaaaaaa. I love it when they hit me with their highs, that tells me my fogs are bright (which they are.....). So other than a few pissed cars going the opposite direction who are running fogs and don't like it when I turn mine on......there are no issues at all. :-)
