exhaust tip help

I just ordered the magnaflow catback exhaust today and am really excited for it to come in, however im now aware that i need to find a way to put exhaust tips on it since the pipes are turn downs...i have tips on my exhaust right now but im sure they wont just bolt right on to the new system, am i going to need to have a muffler shop put them on? any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks

If you had the tools you could easily do it yourself, but for 15 bucks maybe, a shop could weld on your tips.

yeah just cut back the tips on the mufflers far enough so you have just straight pipe then you can weld on a tip or get a clamp on tip or what ever you want to do then

Mine had the turn down tips too. I had to extend the muffler hangers. Get the mufflers to hang lower. But I had to get mine lower for the rear ground effects to work.
