What size is the the tubing used on the factory y-pipe from the manifold/manifold cat to the third/y-cat?

2 1/8 and its dual wall its a pipe inside a pipe if you cut it you will see, you have to cut through 2 layers

What's the purpose behind the dual wall front half? Thanks for the tech guys I needed the diameter so I could order 360 stainless lap joints to connect the mark y pipe to the remainder of my mandrel bent exhaust on my swap. The lap joints just need to connect the front half to my tbird exhaust for a few days before I can have the front half redone in matching mandrel bent tubing.
