I'm getting the cylinder 7 misfire code on my LS. It's has almost 90,000 miles. Has anyone had this happen? Could it just be a bad plug (or more).

open the COP (coil-on-plug) covers and inspect the spark plug wells for oil.

if no oil present - then it's likely a bad coil.
if oil is present - you have the common issue of leaky valve cover gaskets.

Don't forget that the diagnostic comp is just guessing that it's cyl 7. No trying to discourage you, just warning you that you might end up replacing that single COP just to have a different cyl misfire code pop up.

Does that mean all the COPs should be replaced? Or are there other issues that cause the cylinder misfire code?

Yesterday mi car gave a me a Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected so its the coil because the plugs are new.I could not pass 40mph or so because of the knocking and the car sounded pretty bad

Not necessarily. In my case, I was getting a cyl #5 misfire and would kind of work itself out. After resetting the CEL, I would get a cyl #5 + #6 misfire.
Since the car had what looked like the original COPs (amazing considering the car had 160k when I bought it), I just went ahead and replaced all the COPs. Doesn't cost too much - I got Visteons for ~$36 each or so and you can certainly try the eBay route, which works out to ~$20 each.
