As for the parts, can you direct me? Also, the belt moves about 1/4 or a 1/2 of an inch on cold starts. Just like rallyus is stating.
Even after I replaced my tensioner, I still get about a 1/4 inch of movement when I start it up in the cold (I haven't checked since it's been warm out yet), so to me this is probably normal. That combined with the fact that you removed the belt entirely and you still have the sound makes me think that your issue is not related to the accessory drive system.
FWIW the sound in the video posted sounded like internal engine noise, what it really sounds like to me is piston slap. Here's a good article on what it is: http://www.pistonslap.com/whatisit.htm
