Who has the most Mileage on there Mark? I was just wondering. I have 125,000 on mine and she runs great.

I know someone on here has over 400k. I believe either 405 or 450k its in his sig

Yea thats XLRVIII with 400K. right now my 97 has 110K and my brothers Mark VIII has 163K

uhhhh, mespock has 225k, and xlrviii had i think 425k~ish
mine rolled 160 the other day

I know I'm not the highest with 226k on my 93, but I also have 167k on my 94 and my 95 which will take me to the moon and back.

Engines on all three are strong and run great.

milage is relative depending on how that car is taken car of.

Exactly.... take care of them... run them ... and they will last a long time.

XLRVIII wins hands down for the highest milleage... and it would be even higher if the car hadn't been stolen.

yeah i think tommy takes the cake for sure. my 97 lsc had 197k when i took it apart. mileage means nothing to me, what matters as how easy or hard the car got the miles. my 97 withjust 3000 shy of 200k and looked like this...

197,000 and it was that clean, inside and out, not even a rip in any seat, it all depends on who owned it and how they cared for it!

and you got rid of that why ?????

I know I know... I've asked Jamie this prolly three time now lol...

He parted it because he needed the cash for the 98 LSC he really wanted and he made $6,000 or so parting it and he couldn't get that selling it.

Becides how well you take care of your car, I think it also depends on how well your luck is. My dad gave me his 1995 Nissan 240SX with just a little under 120k. He took care of it then and now I take care of it to the best of my abilities. I used to wash it once a week and made sure it was dry before the night fell but it still managed to get rust by the wheel well. jamie97lsc where you live I bet the salt gets to your car like a MF and I bet you had/have no rust on your car. That is why I say that luck has a factor in this as well.

One of the guys at work has 450k+ kms on his, trans is just starting to go a little goofy on him now this summer though...

Racing the piss out of your car is good for it!

Just like if you have a race horse that lives in a stable... before long it's old decrepit and gives you problems.

BUT if you take that same race horse to the track every weekend, it lives a long happy life.

Sometimes, the worst thing you can do is "park a car in a garage".

Take it out and RUN IT HARD!
