Free Brembo decal for on the cover? Wow! Such a deal they even had to swirl out the brembo via Photo Shop!

No doubt they are in violation of some copyright laws with regards to the Brembo sticker.

Reminds me of the plastic brake discs that some morons used to put on, to hide their rear drums.

I doubt it. Its like buying sticker packs for name brands and putting them where ever you feel ( helmets... etc...etc ).

Well, that sux! Would love for Brembo to sue their asses off for imitating. Still, these will keep the faux car enthusiasts happy.

It might be something wrong but think of it like this, some people paint the brake calipers on the LS and then but a Lincoln star or something on them. Theres nothing anyone can do about that. Now if Brembo had a patent on the design or something if thats possible then it would for sure as everyone should know be illegal.

they are most certainly in violation with copy right laws that is the reason why the word is distorted. my wife was making clothing for kids and putting disney characters on them, just pictures of them with out names or anything and ebay knocked all her auctions off. they did that distorted brembo to cover their arse's unless they are brembo distributors or work for brembo they cannot use the name. thats ebays rules, and also a copyright law. if they left the name undistorted brembo could sue them, they still could if they pushed it. they can make all the caliper covers they want, nothing illegal in that, but using brembo's name on it is 100% illegal.

So is everyone thats putting Lincoln emblems on calipers braking the law? ( honest question )

Im pretty sure they let the cat out of the bag when they said that it came with a sticker on them anyway.

I don't see the harm as long as its on a Lincoln. However, the Lincoln logos etc. are registered trademarks of FoMoCo and can only be used with their permission (technically). However, i doubt FoMoCo are gonna file a law suit against the 'average Joe' for using them. Mind you, they did file a suit a while back with regard to pictures of Mustangs being used on a calendar.

I don't see it being a issue, like I said it is blurred out so as not to be considered advertisement and they explain you get a Brembo sticker. They dont call it a Brembo product. Now the real problem is with the people using brand name pictures for knock off equipment but they cover for themself by saying this is not the actual product.

How ever on the lines of lawsuits, I just read yesterday that the LS was renamed from LS8 and LS6 do to threats by Lexus and ford then threatened them for having a concept car to close to the same name as the F150. Well, Lexus did not release the vehicle so they basically won forcing the name to be changed to what it is today.

I dont see how the would even fit. I know they wouldnt fit behind my wheels without huge spacers.
