how do i dran brake fluid?

2002 v6

just want to know, maybe ill do it im bored:P
please tell me, and then ill post it in tech

There are bleeder valves on the brake calipers. Best bet is to use something to get the fluid out of the reservoir.

Do you want to bleed the brake lines? If so read the last part of TECH ARTICLE Stop Tech SS lines instalation. Start with a turkey baster, about a $1 and suck out as much fluid as you can the add new brake fluid and start bleeding with farthest from the master cylinder and do all 4, RR, LR, RF and LF.

If you want to drain the fluid, my question would be why?

I think hes talking about replacing the fluid with new.

If that's the case, you HAVE to make sure there is fluid in the master cylinder. If it runs out, you just made a hella lot more work for yourself. Like stated, use the sequence. It might me worth it to buy a bleeder tool too. It's like a pistol and you pump it and the vacuum pulls the old fluid out. It's like 25 bucks. If not, have someone with you are you run the risk of pulling old fluid/or the interdiction air into the system.
