I dont know mine. Is calling the dealer the only way to figure it out?

Look for little white stickers where the owners manual is kept. They might have been put somewhere like on the trunk hinge.

Lincoln stopped affixing the code to the hinges in late '03. The only way to get the factory code is from the card issued to the original owner or having the dealer read the code with their WDS.

Mine aren't on the hinges, but I have the stickers. Figured it was the dealers job to put them on.

I didnt see it on the trunk hinge. I'll give a dealer a call today. Thanks guys.

werent they on the PCM case or something like that too?
The driver's door module, not the PCM, contains the stored keypad codes. Reportedly, it is supposed to have the factory code on a label on it. Those that have looked at the module couldn't find such a label.

I had a buddy with a chasis code reader read mine through the computer. Afterwards I found a card with the information in the owners manual. Check through your paperwork carefully. You may find it in there. I believe my dealer charges $50 to read the door code.

You can change the code (well...add codes) once you have the factory code.

Yes, you can do that [add personal entry codes]. I was talking about changing the factory code. You can't do that without the dealer's scan tool, if it can even do that.

As Joe said, this is the case. Even though the owners manual says it is on the module, it's not.

From the 04 Owners Manual:
The keypad can be operated with the factory set 5–digit entry code; this
code is located on the owner’s wallet card in the glove box, is marked on
the computer module, and is available from your authorized dealer. You
can also create your own 5–digit personal entry code.

I had a friend who happens to be a Ford Tech pull mine at the dealers. Of course this was only after I believed the manual and pulled the door panel and looked. It did have a blank tag that appears to have been the intended location for the code label, but no text was present.
I even dropped the trunk deck cover to see if it was there (as it was on my old Taurus) with no luck.
