look for little white stickers where the owners manual is kept. They might have been put somewhere like on the trunk hinge.
Lincoln stopped affixing the code to the hinges in late '03. The only way to get the factory code is from the card issued to the original owner or having the dealer read the code with their WDS.
The driver's door module, not the PCM, contains the stored keypad codes. Reportedly, it is supposed to have the factory code on a label on it. Those that have looked at the module couldn't find such a label.werent they on the PCM case or something like that too?

Yes, the dealer's tool can pull the factory code. It may even be able to change it.
You can change the code (well...add codes) once you have the factory code.
