Its kind of weird. Ok Heat comes from the vents but not as heat should come. Its not hot enough like in all my other Lincolns. Its it that it can't open the door fully or is it something else?

Thanks in advance

Don't know.

But if your thermostat is stuck open that can happen. Hows the temp gauge reading? Normal?

actually its alway below normal some times it gets to normal. I Think It had a 180 degree Thermostat (don't know If this part actually exists or if its called something different) installed so it would keep cool.

How hard is it to clean the heater core?

GMAN(I bought the car from him) said it is the Blend door but If its blowing some heat, it does look like it would be the Blend door:confused:

grab a radiator hose next time the engines hot. If the hose is hot the heat should blow hot.

The heater core has been changed. That is not your problem. The 93's blend door is not the same per say as in the Gen II. I researched the bend doors for the 93, and there just isn't any more in stock anywhere at any Ford dealership. When I switched the dash from the 93 to a dash from a 96, I replaced the the blend door with the blend door from the 96 donor car which is why you have partial air. That is one issue I was not able to fix.

SO I guess I will need to find a 93 Mark VIII in the junk yard and pull it out. Now would another year fit or it has to be a 93?

93-96 has a blend door actuator motor. I replaced mine when I had my 96 and took the new one out a few weeks later after it crashed. The gears inside are plastic and eventually break unlike the arm part on Gen II's. Mine started to make a clicking sound right after I turned the car on, and when I ran the EATC self test it came up as bad. I must have gotten one of the last new ones made and still have it stored somewhere. I do believe that this will become a more common problem in the future on Gen I's.

Well if anyone has a Blend door part for a 93, Let me know. BTW how do you do the EATC self check?
