cowl hood for the LS?

Is there a company out there that sells cowl hoods for the LS?

I looked and looked and I cant find anything.

That is great, but the Ls hood is Alum. Real pain in the arse.

This is going to suck. I may look to see what is there to use zeus fasteners and some fiberglass. I dont like where this is going. I would rather buy one and have it painted than make it myself

There was a fellow makin his own but I'm not sure if he ever finished it. There were some pictures around. It looked pretty good.

The cowl on an automobile is the portion behind the hood in front of the windshield. The cowl on an Lincoln LS is steel, and you are correct about the hood being aluminum.

and is it not designed to 'induct' air off the spill onto the windshield into the air intake?

the would be difficult in the LS setup....
