Cool gauge face overlay

Not feeling it sorry....looks like it belongs in my celica (RICE) ;)
 
Had a set on my '93 Mustang and it looked like crap in person. Terrible at night with the jacked up lighting.

Maybe these are better.
 
Funny, I saw these some time ago and said to myself, nice but why mess with something that's already perfect ?
I like the LS designed dash just the way it is as it rolled off the production line.
 
I had an overlay like that on a Ranger that I had. I did actually like it quite a lot, but it was not without problems. The main issue was that the overlay was not perfectly flat, and sometimes the speedo needle would stick because it hit the overlay sometimes.
 
Thanks for the input guys, but how hard would it be to install?

Thanks for the links guys, those help a lot! Looks like a big job for no more than I'm going to accomplish. I'll probably just pay someone to do it for me. I wish some of you guys lived close by. :)
 
I'm not sure about that kit but for the Mustang the hardest thing was getting the instrument needles back on in the correct spot. It was really disappointing the first time I ran out of gas with 1/4 tank on the gauge.

At least on the LS the idiot monitor should tell you before that happens.
