Which coil is coil pack #1? I am getting a code on the 93 that says misfire on #1 coil.

Also getting 172 and 176, which I believe are front and rear O2 sensors lean. Time to replace the O2 sensors I guess.

Yeah, I my have a bad plug. I just changed the plugs, so I guess I need to pull them and see if I can find the bad one.

The code is 215:
Primary circuit failure – ignition coil 1 – Ignition Systems

The Mark VIII (pre-Gen II) uses a wasted spark system. Two plugs fire at once, combustion and then in another cylinder at exhaust. There are four coils paired into two units. Normally if a coil in a pack goes, you mis-fire on two. Not always the case, but usually. Easiest way to test is two swap coil packs around and see if the problem moves.

And a lean code is usually because of a vac leak

misfire can cause a lean code.
the cylinder is letting unburnt oxygen into the exhaust.
the oxygen sensor sees this oxygen, and thinks the car is short on fuel, not fully burning all the oxygen, causing the lean code.

You also get a lean code just before you run out of gas. ;)
