Thank you, man. Steak on me. But you didn't have to risk going to jail on my account. It is appreciated, though.

I love the temp diagram. I'm thinking we're good. I was concerned the valve gaskets would get warmer than that, but the resin I bought can live at almost double the temps the valve cover gaskets are seeing.

I didn't think that the intake got that hot....I can usually put my hand on my intake and not feel to much heat.....then again i don't usually run it at 110
 
Since I have no real clue as to what goes into making and protecting CF from engine oil, can the oil penetrate the epoxy and saturate the intake?
 
No. Resins are practically immune to engine fluids.

Think of it this way. Once the resin cures, you can place it in a tub of paint thinner and leave it there for as long as you'd like. Pull it out, wipe it dry (or air dry it) and it will look the same as when you put it in.

Now, you put uncured resin in the same tub? yeah... not good.
