I'm looking into buying or paying whatever it my take for my car to have the clear corners on it. I know theres alot you have to do for them to be clear but if there's anyone out there that has any for sale please feel free to reply to this post. Thanks again

Wheres K-Town? What do you mean by clear corners? Clear lens or no lens?

Maybe you can ship yours out to a member and have them do it up for you if you could live without your car for around a week.

Man its real easy to do if you have grey sealant headlights.remove headlights from car.Take the little rubber snorkels and the lower metal clips off. Bake in 250 degree oven for 7 min then pull clear lens off the black part. Start pulling in pointy corner. Then you pull out floating center black part. Pop out the orange lens part. I used a razor knife to kinda cut where the orange meets the black to pop lens out. Then reheat parts again for 6 min and press back together. Also I bought the Chrome directional bulbs that flash orange when turned on. Looks super clean now.

thanks K-Town is a part of Chicago... I just moved I live in Wisconsin now though.. I want to where its not orange at all so however i do that... I have my LS on 22s I'm just trying to do some new things to it to make it look sharp and turn more heads... I just bought HID lights too... let me know how much you would charge me to do it but if its that easy I could do it myself... i dont want to mess my headlights up though..

What year is your car? Also pop your hood and see if the glue that holds the clear part to the black part is grey or black. I heard black glue way hard to seperate. The grey glue(sealant) comes apart like butter.

you ship them Ill do it for $30:D

Ill even seal it up nice and tight so you dont get water or fog in them

Damn dude... 22s? And it looks like they're sticking out of the fenders by several inches... Why? What did the poor LS do to u? Does it rub?

Like Gipp said thats one of the biggest plus of resealing headlights is super sealing them so no more fogging. I can now wash the heck out of my car now with 0 fog.

lol... i love my LS man... i have different 22s now those did stick out but my new ones dont... i just got a new navi put in too a viper 5901 alarm and remote start i want to do somethin to make my car look slick now... so ill ship you my lights and 30 bucks and u will pay the return shippin?

It's not on the agenda right now but i'll keep you in mind Gibb...I still gotta find a new job and of coarse get a lawyer to :q:q:q:q with my previous employer

Not all 2000 LSes have grey glue. Its still a toss up.

Make sure you have the grey glue or else you'll have to cut into them. I had a old set from when I bought my car with the black stuff and a few weeks ago I said the hell with it and gave it a shot. I tossed them in the oven just like the grey stuff but let it in a bit longer. They started to come apart but it was almost impossible to not bend some of the plastic up a bit and twist it. I had to put them back in the oven to get more of them apart also since it was such a slow process and the glue cooled.

I already have known my headlights have the grey glue cause I was inspecting it for my auto body shop :-D

Plus I get the damn foggy headlights time to time....
