check head lamp disable?

I installed my hid kit, it was flickering and would not turn on after I started my car unless I cycled the switch. So I bought the 10 dollar relay harness hooked it up and problem solved,

But now I get check headlamp message, I am guessing because the amount of energy to turn on the relay is nothing compared to what the original hids were pulling and the system still assumes a bulb is burnt out.

Is there a wire I can clip like the check air ride fix? or something similar to bypass that message?

ya thats not there on a gen 2, there is the mounting spot but its not located there, does anyone else know?

Gen2 does not have a separate lamp out module, SCIL module does the "control" and "lamp out check" functions. There is no ballast resistors outside the module also. So, that can be done on Gen1 only, sorry.
