Car show in Corsicana on Apr24th.

This is the plan so far. On TX-31 in Corsicana there is but one bowling alley. Across from the bowling alley there is a closed down car wash and that is where we plan to meet so everyone can group together and clean off their cars. I will bring as many towles as I can and some instant detailer but please try to bring your own. I dont mind helping but the stuffs expensive. We will meet at quarter to 8 am and be ther till about 8:20-8:30 and then drive in to the show and set up.
Be a good idea to bring a folding chair for when we hang by the cars and also a cooler with some drinks. They do sell drinks there but no booze..... I dont think any way.
If you want your beer just make sure the cans are not visable (coozy or something). The food is excellent there though and not too expensive.

Looks like we may have some rain Friday night and till about 6 on Saturday. So bring towels as we will all need to wipe down. Should be sunny all day Saturday though.

Well unfortunately I'm not going to be able to make this, as much as I would like to.

Things are quite a bit tight (semi long story), and I have to be looking at it all from a business mind.

Not that you Lincoln guys and gals are not just as important, I really need to do my civic duty to my lack luster local Mustang bretheren, and go on the Schulenburg cruise with our primary MCA chapter out of Austin.

So with this being said I will meet with the MOCA vice president tomorrow for breakfast, and pre driver's meeting and roll out with them to hopefully generate some local business from them (I'm an advertiser).

Which right now is something that really needs to be done, only 5% of my business is local, everyone else is through out the state of Texas, and 10% is out of state, so getting the locals on board would be very nice.

I was going to drive the "Green Machine" 99' Cobra, but I belive it will probably spit the half shaft out of it on the cruise, so I will take the comany car, and motor my 25 year old junk.

Hope you all have a blast and, again I'm very sorry I can't attend, but please take a bunch of pictures and post them up, belive me I'm sure if Bill doesn't I will put together a meet and greet and we can all do this again very soon, maybe like Bill was suggesting a Central Texas meet, maybe we can do a huge BBQ at my place, my wife and I would love to host it.

Ask Tom and Tiff they can get pretty carzy sometimes :P

I have an idea for a nice shot of those who do show up. There is a huge bluebonnet field near by and has a parkinglot on its edge so we can get the color without actually parking on teh flowers. :D

Don't be a penis, you guys are imortant, ya'll have brought me more business than the locals, I just need to ellaborate on getting them on the band wagon.

The Cobra, is getting most of the interior gutted, two race seats w/5 point harnesses, full cage, the front k-member and suspension is getting tossed and replace with an SVD SLA-coilover set up, and a complete derlin/solid aluminum/tubular SLA IRS in the rear w/coilovers.

While the front k-member is out, LT's will be installed, and the 12lb. fly wheel is sitting in the trunk waiting on the Center force clutch to be delivered, the Ram clutch has too much pedal effort.

This is the SVD SLA set-up in a fox, but gives you and idea what it looks like, I'll have pictures as the build progresses:

Its OK SVO, I have a plan. I am gonna get a garden Gnome and put it in a Barbie Mustang and just tell everyone you were there. Nobody will question the pictures. :p
 
No show for me tomorrow. I got volunteered to help move someone.
 
Ok ok ill let you drive on the blue bonnets. I need /want to pick those up thou. Might have to see how the left side looks. Wanted to buy new one but they only still have the left in stock
 
Was looking forward to it. Well Gman set a schedule for the next meet.
