Car alarm killing battery

is it possible that the car alrm can kill the battery. i park on a street where alot of buses set off my alarm. sometimes i don't hear it and the alarms is just continuously on until it goes off. this happens on average twice a day, could this be killing my battery

I would definitely say yes... Two times per day? Wow lol. Park somewhere else

It could be yes. The real question is SHOULD it be killing your battery, and the answer to that is no it should not. But if it does then its time for a new battery.
It would also be smart to get the alternator tested.

thank you for the input, i tested the battery at advance auto parts and they diagnosed the battery as being bad
