Almost, final pictures tomorrow.

The oil pan is installed on the motor, the rack is installed in the K-Member, and I'm waiting on some paint to dry on the K-Member spacers that I made.

Yes, if you remove the scrapers from the bottom of the oil pan and from the pickup tube.
