Can't seem to get it right!

It almost sounds like you have a driveshaft balance issue, which will never be fixed with tire changes. If your road forces are all good, you may need to take it to a drive shaft specialty shop.

I found a drive shaft shop, but how much would it cost for bad drive shaft?

Joe, it seems alot easier than the V6 I had...boy was that a pain...
 
When you start to remove the valve covers, the oil in the wells will pour back into the engine. The sides of the wells are a part of the valve covers. The bottoms of the wells are a part of the heads.

Change all the plugs.

Adding to this. If you're OCD you can wipe down the wells with a clean rag or disposable shop rags.
