Pump... Maybe
Clutch... no
Cats.. if you use them.. maybe
MAF.. not necessary (besides, you'd need a tune)
Brake kit.. sure. If you do a Mustang Hub Swap.
Mufflers... eh. Maybe.
B heads. nah.
Cams... maybe if you ever work the heads on your car
Rods... again, if you plan on a complete engine build.

How is this? The hubcentric holes are different between the 4.25" and 4.5" Hubs?

I didnt say you wouldn't need new wheels but they do make 13" rotors for the 4.25 pattren but you need to run 17s no matter what and I thought the hubcentrick holes where the same size I will go out and measure one of these days

It sticks in my mind that to install mustang wheels, you need the hub-centric rings. This leads me to believe that the diameters are different.
