Love this rim style and have not been able to find out name or where to get them. Any help please?

Also what bumper are these? I have a 2005 Lincoln ls. I am barely starting work on mine.

The wheels are 19" ASA JH9 and that bumper came on the 04-05 LSE and 06 LS.

Thanks really appreciate it. I actually just found his green plastidip YouTube video and I got the info.
Sad part is that I can not find those rims anywhere for sale. I have been searching the last hour or so.
