I think the best thing to do would be pay the man his money and then drive away in it. The look on his face would be priceless. If I want a nice car to look at I can buy a poster. I bought my 69 Mach I to restore it and drive it. During the summer it is my daily driver. It takes some wear and tear and after 7 years is starting to show some knicks and scrapes. I've had a lot of people ask me why I don't store it. Simple. its a car built to be DRIVEN. Like the Mark, it is not for simple transportation here and there, it's to slide in behind the wheel, start it up, hit the gas and try to keep the smile off your face. Somehow driving the Mark or the Mach that smiles just never seems to fade. THAT is worth more money than anything.

in 20 years there wont be anything for these cars even used and in 20 years even if it sits for the next 20, its gonna need something repaired, what good will it be when half the stuff doesnt work from sitting and then you cant even fix it, kiss your 43,000 good bye!!!!!

this is a very ignorant statement cause people with money can get things made.

and I am sure Jay leno has tons of parts for his Stanly steamer cause they dont make parts for them he should just melt it down for the steel and all those cars at Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance they should just melt them down too
they are all just a waste cause parts are no longer made for them
