Bought spare V8 engine any differences 04 to 05

look - your posting opinions on engines, blocks, performance... I was hoping I could learn something.

Then your posts go to 'stories'. I ask for facts to back up your opinions.

Then you start posting like a kid. Swearing and calling out.

Have you built and engine? Do you understand what makes an engine stronger than another? Have you even seen the inside of ours?

I never stated anything about it being anything that it's not. It's an award winning, state-of-the-art (for the time) small effecient V8. How much power can it make? - no one knows - yet.

I didnt say it was a crappy engine... I love my LS... I just know not to expect a 400hp power plant... that was my hole point that no one would understand.. I dont think it will take 15lbs of boost for very long ether..

and this quick guy acting like because i dont have a 13 second supercharger lincoln i know nothing...with out knowing any of my past engine building.. have done a lot of small block ford builds...from my 14 second daily driven 68 mustang... to the well built all motor 12 second 68 mustang (same car different power plant) My 11 second 406 65 elcamino.... low 13's 85 chevy pick up... to my last 2003 mach 1 running 12's on motor... nothing on boost, but thats just a matter of time... hard for a college student to build a street machine...

well ok then - if you really do know something - then why not post facts about:
- why you think the block isn't strong
- why it can't handle boost
- what is the max power you can get
?
