Does anyone know the stock bolt circle size, for a 98 marks trans? im trying to buy a higher stall converter, but i dont know the bolt circle size.
thanks for anyhelp.

I just went to the garage and got out my tap and die set and the 3/8's fine thread was spinning onto the bolt perfectly and not loose. This was one of the 4 bolts on the TC if that helps you any.

Some places have dual bolt circle converters.
I'm pretty sure the Marks are the smaller ~10.65", not the ~11.5"...

yeah 10.65 sounds better. i guess the only way to be sure is to remove it from the car.

Wasn't sure what bolt you were speaking of but I do have a 98 transmission setting in my garage right now that has been J-Modded and ready to be put into my 94. If you can tell me exactly what it is you need to see, I can get you a picture of it with a measuring tape. I ain't got nothing else to do today except to drop my exhaust but will be happy to go measure something for you and get the pic of it if needed.

There's only four bolts on our converters, so measure from the middle of one to the middle of another directly (farthest) across.
Go here and look at the 4 lug bolt circle measurement for the wheels, it's the same thing...

Ok, just went out and measured. To be as accurate as possible, I put the tape dead center on 1 and it read 11 1/2" so 10 1/2" would be the real reading and if it's off any, it can't be no more than a 1/16th off but I would say mine is 10 1/2" and it's stock 98.
