Where is a good place to get new rockers for my moms car? 93 mark 8, thank you.

Damn that sucks. My moms mark was up on yhe lift and I noticed I could probably put my finger through the rocker from fender to fender. Some previous owners shatty body work.

and then sprayed an assload of foam behind it..........................:D

Would the foam make it better or worse in the long run you think? I noticed the huge cavern in there that is just ripe for catching everything and wondered if foam would be a good idea or not?!

I'll sell ya mine off my winter duty 94 Mark if you want. They've been through 15 winters so you know they are in mint condition.

$3,799 and Ill pay the shipping. Its a fair deal take it.

My drivers side lower rocker is going bad and needs a patch or replacement. The passenger side can be repaired I believe. Those and a bad evap tray and a few spots on the trunk lid are the only rust on the car.
Ford still sells the parts but they are about $283 apiece. I am just going to try and have the body shop repair mine.

Lol the rocker panels are the least of my worries on that car. Since I started driving it again for winter 2 weeks ago Ive blown a different section of brake line 3 times . Poor thing was never ever washed the first 10 years of its life. Thats why I refuse to drive the "new" one in the winter.

No offense to the kid, but I wouldn't put it in my car. The foam might actually hold moisture and do more bad than good.

Thats what I was thinking too, but on the other hand, that huge space is just ripe for holding all the crap in there, so if it is harder for it to get in in the first place (maybe spray it good inside with rust inhibitor, then fill it), maybe it would delay the ineveitable?
