Best Shop or Dealer in San Diego Area

I am looking for success and or horror stories to decide where to have my 2005 LS V8 worked on. I need some troubleshooting done that may require a good bit of expertise and that seems hard to find for this particular model. I will use my local dealerships if nobody tells me not to unless someone has a better idea or a bad experience. I live near Witt Lincoln, Kearney Pearson Ford and Jaguar San Diego.

Witt used to know the LS when they were in Escondido. I would imagine the techs went to MV when they closed the Escondido location. Give them a call and see how comfortable they are with the LS.

If the hunt is failing, I am starting to get a bead on techs here Glendale/Burbank. Especially if its transmission. I think my Star Lincoln Dealer is alright too, did all the service on my '02 because while I had it was under the Lincoln certified care, but nice as they are its still stealership.

Thanks again guys. I talked to Paul a service tech at Witt and I am ok with him. I didn't feel like I know more about these cars than him. They were cheaper than Ford for programming keys and retrieving codes and way more expensive for the transmission fluid exchange. I will probably use both since they are 5 miles apart. I will report back my experience when I get the work done. If they can't help I will get with you LS4me for your indie guy who works on our stealth Jags.
