Best horsepower mods?

never driven with stuck open imrc's before.
i had one imrc stuck closed once. and that was boring. terrible at high rpm.
 
Thanks, I've had many pointers to them. Would a higher stall or different stall TC be recommended for a Kenne bell application?

I run a 3500 stall in mine at 10 psi of boost with the 2.1L KB, on a 5.0L stroker with 4.10 gears and a 28" cheater slick. I'd suggest a slightly higher (~3800) stall if you're planning to run any less than 10 psi/450 rwhp.
