best bang for the buck chip

i want to get a chip for my 93 and was wondering, what would be the best to get? ive been on sct's website contacted a local dealer, and have looked around some more but there must be some hidden companies out there! so if you have any info please do share, im looking to spend like 400 bucks TOPS.
