That all depends what BBK set you're talking about.....

The BBK 1555 4.6L under drive pulley set is a piggy-back style:

I have a sreeda underdrive crank pulley and water pump pulley, not sure if I have the alt pulley or not. Either way I won't be using it, I will probably end up letting it go.
