BDT for V6?????

What ever happened to the Belt Driven Turbo for the V6 LS? It was a hot topic for awhile, haven't heard anything about for months.

I recently exchanged a few e-mails with Rich.

They built a mock up - however - ran into a few fitment issues. The plan was to relocate the power steering pump - but there are some minor differences between Gen1 and Gen2, and for some reason the mounting holes are sealed up on the alternate side of the block.

The turbo and mounting bracket apparently turned out very nice - but they could never get past the relocation issue.

So the plan is for Rich to leave the car with Geoff for a while during the winter and let Geoff actually get hands on it. He is still committed to completing it.
