If you have a Baumann shift kit installed, what settings do you have it at? Should I go straight to stage 5 and decrease my line pressure to mild settings?

I think I have mine a 4 b but it was 3 years ago when I put it in and I used the new accumulator spring I didnt go without one of them

I dont like to raise the line pressure with the tune. With a good shift kit you WILL NOT need it.

I cannt believe you dont have a shift kit yet. All the $$ in mods and No shift kit???? What are you waiting for???? Get r done

You know I never felt like I needed it with the Sniper tune the tranny shifts are neck snapping. Only recently have I noticed the 2-3 shift getting a little sloppy...

I've got the 1-2 firmness on 3, and the 2-3 firmness on 4, Torque Correction on A for my setup in my sig.
I also put in the updated accumulators and springs when I did this, and some Sonnax updates as well.

In my tune I have the trans pressures set stock and it shifts good, smooth but firm at light throttle, med-hard at part, and fairly hard at wot... I can get it to bark the tires at times going into 2nd even with the 20's on the car :D With increased pressures in the tune as well, I found it too hard in the shifts at med and lighter throttle...

It all depends on what you like and how hard you want it to shift. Some like it smoother than others ;) I'd recommend starting lower though and going up for the settings and see how you like it, as all the settings can't be put back down as easily...

ps: what shot you running on your car to get those times? Nice :)

I'm running a 100 shot on a very conservative tune. It was my first time out with everything working properly, the car has more in it as it sits right now...

Sounds like fun :)
You could always call Baumann too and see what they suggest, though when I was picking their brains thats what they told me (about starting mid-lvl and going up.)
