I've got the 1-2 firmness on 3, and the 2-3 firmness on 4, Torque Correction on A for my setup in my sig.
I also put in the updated accumulators and springs when I did this, and some Sonnax updates as well.
In my tune I have the trans pressures set stock and it shifts good, smooth but firm at light throttle, med-hard at part, and fairly hard at wot... I can get it to bark the tires at times going into 2nd even with the 20's on the car

With increased pressures in the tune as well, I found it too hard in the shifts at med and lighter throttle...
It all depends on what you like and how hard you want it to shift. Some like it smoother than others

I'd recommend starting lower though and going up for the settings and see how you like it, as all the settings can't be put back down as easily...
ps: what shot you running on your car to get those times? Nice
