2 door short bed single cab. So far I am enjoying it. The thought of being able to haul stuff, and play in the mountains is exciting.


Just got home from the DMV. Got home and it started snowing like a mofo. How is that for timing? :lol: The Mark gets to sleep in the garage while the truck takes care of the dirty work.

To be honest.....I *!*HATE*!* that motor. I pulled our car trailer from Colorado to Illinois with a markVIII shell on it, and all that V10 could muster was a measley 6.2MPG.

I am either trading it in on a 03' 7.3PSD, or I am finally going through with the Cummins swap.

It made me sick the first time I filled up on that road trip.

Mike, since it was over 8* today, I started the "de-honkey" process. :lol:

Figured it's a good "starter truck", and will handle whatever I need to use it for, and anything more...I will just hit up Mike. Also, next time we have the same day off, need to make a trip up Stage Coach, to break it in.

Will decide this summer if I want to dump it for a "big boy truck", or keep it a bit longer. Don't need a Super Duty just yet.

that sucks! , my dad has a 35' motorhome (2000) with that V10 and gets 9.5-10 mpg in overall driving...?
